» Our motel is built in 1994 and is the newest motel in this area. We have 30 rooms and they are all on ground level.
2. What kind of room do you have?
» We have Queen, King, Double Queen, Handicap and Jacuzzi Suite Room.
3. Do you have smoking and pet room?
» Yes, most of our room are non-smoking, but we have 7 smoking and 3 pet room.
4. Do you have internet in the room.
» All of our rooms have DSL internet. You can borrow DSL cable from front desk.
5. Do you have refridgerator and microwave in your room?
» Yes, 22 of our room have refrigerator and microwave.
6. How far is your motel from Newport, Sandpoint, Priest Lake, Spirit Lake and Spokane?
» Our motel is 5 minutes drive from Newport. 25 minutes drive from Sandpoint, Priest Lake and Spirit Lake. 50 minutes drive from Spokane.
7. Do you have weekly and monthly rate?
» Yes, Weekly rate starting from $160 to $400 depend on the season. Monthly rate starting from $600 to $1500 depend on the season.
8. What kind of recreation activity in the surrounding area?
» There are many lakes and rivers for fishing and boating. 5 golf courses are within 30 minutes drive. This area is also the paradise of hunting for deer, bear and elk.
9. Do you have AAA and Senior rate?
» AAA member can have 10% discount and senior can have 5% discount.
10. Do you have continental breakfast?
» Yes, Contintental breakfat is offered from May 1 to October 31.
11. Are your room clean?
» Yes. We have been told by many world traveller that we are one of the cleanest motel they have stayed in.
12. Do you have coffee maker with coffee in your room?
» Yes, all the room have coffee and black tea.
13. Do you have hairdrier, iron and iron board available?
» Yes, you can borrow them from front desk.
14. Is there anywhere to eat nearby?
» There are plenty of places to eat in the area, including Chinese, Mexican, Italy food.
15. How to make a reservation?
» We need guest provide name, phone number and credit card information.
16. what is your cancel policy?
» Reservation can be cancelled without charge before 12 noon on the day before your reservation. Otherwise, will be charged for 1 night.
17. What is check in and check out time?
» Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 11 am.
